This notice explains how AiAgentPlane Ltd handles website information and the high-level data flow used by AgentDBA. It is written for customers and evaluation users in the United Kingdom.
Information we collect
We may receive your name, company, work email address, message or enquiry details, and correspondence relating to an evaluation request.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to enquiries, process AgentDBA evaluation requests, administer the evaluation process, communicate about the requested evaluation, operate the website and business, and meet applicable legal obligations. AiAgentPlane Ltd does not sell personal information to advertisers.
Service providers, retention and security
We may use appropriate service providers to operate our website and business. We retain website information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, subject to legal requirements. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your data protection rights
Where UK data protection law applies, you may have rights over your personal information, including access, correction or deletion. You can contact us at info@aiagentplane.com if you have a privacy-related request.
International processing
Some service providers or customer-configured AI providers may process information outside the UK. Where applicable, processing is subject to the provider’s contractual and legal safeguards.
AgentDBA and AI Provider Data Flow
AgentDBA is self-hosted in the customer’s environment and connects to the customer’s authorised SQL Server environment. Raw SQL Server diagnostic resultsets remain between AgentDBA and SQL Server and are not sent directly to the AI provider. AgentDBA derives selected structured diagnostic information for AI-assisted reasoning. This may be sent over HTTPS to the AI provider configured by the customer, including customer-configured Anthropic and Azure OpenAI deployments. The customer is responsible for selecting, configuring and authorising its AI provider.
Selected diagnostic information may include operational information such as database names and status information, SQL Server error information, SQL Agent job names and findings, backup and transaction log information, server or database identifiers, account or login names where present, and other operational metadata required for an investigation. Customers should review the privacy, security, retention and data-processing terms of their selected AI provider.
Local diagnostic data
AgentDBA maintains diagnostic and operational data locally within the customer’s AgentDBA environment to support product operation, investigation history and auditability. Retention is controlled by AgentDBA configuration and product housekeeping settings.
