AgentDBA 14-Day Evaluation Terms

1. Evaluation Licence

AiAgentPlane Ltd grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use AgentDBA solely for internal evaluation. The evaluation lasts 14 days, is limited to 1 SQL Server instance, does not automatically renew, and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. Continued use requires a separate commercial arrangement.

2. Authorised Use and Restrictions

The customer may evaluate AgentDBA against an authorised SQL Server environment and is responsible for having permission to connect it. The customer must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, provide AgentDBA as a commercial service to third parties, bypass evaluation or licence controls, continue using it after the evaluation, remove proprietary notices, use it unlawfully, or reverse engineer it except where statutory rights cannot be excluded.

3. Read-Only and Advisory Operation

AgentDBA is designed as a read-only diagnostic and advisory product. It does not perform remediation or modify monitored databases as part of its diagnostic operation. The customer remains responsible for its environment, permissions, backups, availability and recovery arrangements, operational decisions, remediation actions, and reviewing findings before acting.

4. AI-Assisted Reasoning

AgentDBA uses the customer’s configured Anthropic or Azure OpenAI deployment. Raw SQL Server diagnostic resultsets remain between AgentDBA and SQL Server and are not sent directly to the AI provider. Selected structured diagnostic information required for AI-assisted reasoning may be sent over HTTPS to the customer’s configured AI provider. The customer is responsible for its provider, endpoint, credentials, governance, and relevant provider terms.

5. Diagnostic Outputs and Evaluation Software

AgentDBA is a diagnostic decision-support product. Outputs may identify findings, severity, confidence information, evidence-supported relationships, and next actions, but may be incomplete or incorrect. It does not guarantee detection of every issue or determination of root cause. Professional judgement remains required. The software is supplied for evaluation without a guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free or universally suitable operation. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Intellectual Property and Ending the Evaluation

AgentDBA, its software, documentation, design, technology and associated intellectual property remain owned by AiAgentPlane Ltd and/or its licensors. The evaluation grants no ownership rights. Evaluation rights expire automatically at the end of 14 days, and AiAgentPlane Ltd may end them earlier for material breach.

7. After the Evaluation

If you wish to continue using AgentDBA after the evaluation period, a separate commercial licence or agreement with AiAgentPlane Ltd will be required.
